Use the strongest clue first
A distinctive title fragment is usually better than a sentence containing an old domain, quality label and uncertain episode number. If you remember the performer, choose cast search. For a filmmaker, use director search. Available translated names can reach the same production as its English title.
Then qualify the result
Add a release year when a name is shared. For a series, season and episode notation can lead to a recorded episode when that entry is available. Use the complete series name for The Walking Dead companion shows. Their episodes are not extra numbered installments of the original program.
Let a filter go when necessary
An empty result can mean that one restriction is wrong. Remove the original-language or production-country filter before changing every part of the search. A remake may be in a different language from the original, and a co-production can carry several country credits. The full search page lets you adjust those choices explicitly.
